But, all of resources human being is the most important source of an organization. It is the man neither the machine nor the material, that makes an organization. In every organization, human resources arc pivotal without which assets are worthless.
The management of human recourses is a very complicated and challenging task for those who arc interested with the .successful running of the organization and this implies considerable knowledge of various aspects of personnel management including law, psychology, sociology, administration, etc.
Personnel acquisition policy emerge an inter related, ordered series of decisions, estimating manpower planning, evaluating the potential of internal and external labor determining the recruitment method and development technologies for selecting among available applicants .

This study helps us to know that the Human Resource Management is the most important activity in the total management system. It is the responsibility of Human Resource Dept. To scrutinize entire human resource program, policies, and practices I order to achieve the ultimate aim of guiding, training developing, coaching and the human resource and there can be "a right man on the right job at right time”.
Some important conclusions of this study arc as follows:
Recruitment
• Inclination towards internal recruitment than any other source.
• In every Dept. of RCIL, there are mainly three grades i.e. Manager of the dept, his assistant and the working staff under them.
• Newspapers and friends and relative are the major source of recruitment in
• RCIL. This source is used for all the depts. And grades.
• Employment exchange as a source is rarely used.
Selection
• No professional qualification is considered or given weight age for workers where as professional qualification is must for executives.
• Only recruitment from by the workers for getting whereas for executives application form and interview is the most frequently used for selection procedure.
• Nearly half of the employees ore "Rajputs".
• Factory in charge is the main authorities during the process of selection for both workers find executives.
Suggestions & Recommendations:• The company should use more of employee’s exchanges and private agencies as the source at the time of recruitment.
• Company should conduct physical examination while selection procedure workers,
• Company should provide residential places for employees.
• Amendments should build up a model system of recruitment and selection.
