Objective:
My aim of doing the JOB SATISFACTION SURVEY was to have a thorough knowledge of all the factors which make an employee feel satisfied in his job, what motivates him to put all his knowledge, skills and efforts to do the job. Moreover the effect of all the HR activities like Training, Motivational activities, Suggestion schemes, Star Performer, Total Quality Management, Communication Meets etc on the performance of the employees i.e. how the management helps a person to realize his true potential. In the field of HR it is very important to interact with people, to observe them and study them and gain valuable suggestions and experiences. The Job satisfaction survey helped me do that as people gave me some very valuable advices which would help me a lot when I enter the Corporate World.
